Cancellation Policy - Heiress Salon
Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us, we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you MAY be subject to a penalty/fee charge of half of the cost of your scheduled appointment.
To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide a cancellation notice at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us, we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. We are NOW taking a Credit Card number with all Balayage services. Be advised that if you call to cancel your appointment on the day of your service, you will be charged a flat fee of $80.
