It has been 6 months or longer since your last colour with us. 2. You’re booking for someone 7-11 years old. 3. You are looking for a colour correction, drastic change or fashion colour. 4. You can’t find the appointment you want - our list of possibilities is larger than what is available online. All first time guests will receive a phone call from the salon to verify your appointment. Please refer to the guide below to determine your hair length to appropriately book your appointment. Hair Length guide: Short- Hair is chin length or shorter Medium- Hair length is below chin to shoulders Long- Hair length is below the shoulders
